Glendalough Gin

Origin: Wicklow Islands, Ireland

Glendalough is from “the valley of two lakes” in the Wicklow mountains – an area known for its scenic beauty – and a 6th century monastery, built by Saint Kevin, that still stands there today.

Wild Botanical Gin
To make this extraordinary gin, each day the Glendalough full-time forager sustainably picks wild plants in the mountains surrounding the distillery. The botanicals go fresh into the still that very day, making for a beautifully balanced, deeply layered, terroir-inspired gin.

Rose Gin
Made with the same ethos as the Wild Botanical Gin, this rose petal gin was first made to honour the Head Distiller’s Mum, Rose. Each batch is a tribute to her. Fresh rose petals from her garden along with wild roses and local botanicals go into every batch of this intensely floral gin. It is vapour-distilled then further infused with even more roses to deepen the flavours.
