San Cosme

Origin: Jalisco, Mexico

Born in Oaxaca in 2012, San Cosme was created to share the true spirit of Mexico with the world—stripped of clichés and full of authenticity.

Crafted from 100% Espadín agave that takes up to 12 years to mature, it is cooked in earthen pits, crushed by stone wheel, and twice distilled in copper stills under the care of Master Distiller Wilfrido Hernández. The result is a luminous, crystal-clear mezcal with aromas of agave, caramel, and earth, unfolding into smooth notes of smoke, leather, and wood. Elegant yet approachable, San Cosme captures the magic of Oaxaca in every sip, offering a warm, lingering finish that invites you back for more.
