KI NO BI gin

Origin: Kyoto, Japan

KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin
Inspired by tradition, KI NO BI (‘The Beauty of the Seasons’) is distilled, blended and bottled in Kyoto with 11 botanicals mainly from Kyoto such as tea, yuzu(citrus) and ginger. A fresh aroma of yuzu, and a thread of sansho pepper that lingers like a morning mist in a bamboo forest. Ginger root gives a slightly warming, spicy finish. ABV 45.7%

KI NO BI SEI Kyoto Dry Gin
Our interpretation of a traditional British Navy Strength gin, KI NO BI SEI is made using the same intricate production method as the original KI NO BI with 11 botanicals. The higher strength allows the distinctive taste of KI NO BI’s flavour profile to prevail. At first, it is punchy on the palate but retains KI NO BI’s trademark purity and harmony in perfect balance. ABV 54.5%

KI NO TEA Kyoto Dry Gin
KI NO TEA was created in collaboration with tea-grower and blender, Horii-Shichimeien, founded in 1879 in Kyoto. A number of super-premium Gyokuru and Tencha teas have been specially selected to form the heart of KI NO TEA. A delicate, sweet nose is echoed on the palate; notes of white chocolate followed by juniper lead to a long, clean finish of green tea. ABV 45.1%
